21 oz. Blueberry Pie Filling 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple 1 box Yellow Cake Mix 1 cup Butter (melted) 1 cup Coconut (shredded) 1 cup Pecans (chopped) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish with blueberry pie filling. Top with pineapple. Stir (dry) yellow cake mix over the two fillings. Make troughs with the bottom of teaspoon. Pour melted butter in the troughs. Spread coconut evenly over entire cake mixture. Top completely with pecans. Bake 1 hour in preheated oven. Serve warm with French Vanilla Ice Cream. Yummmmmmy! |
